At the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, Annette coaches students and alumni, focusing on their professional development. For seven years, while at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, she served as Lead of Career Services for the Working Professional Programs. During this time, she developed and delivered best-in-class, career-related curriculum and worked 1:1 with MBA and Master’s Business students to help them set career management goals, establish targets, and achieve success.
Before her role at Rotman, Annette was the Managing Partner and Co-founder of Next Steps Canada, which provided outplacement services and career transition support, as well as TeamSource Recruitment Services. With her extensive experience in recruitment, marketing, and strategy consulting, Annette offers students, clients, and employers an impactful and pragmatic perspective as both a coach and talent advisor.
